2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 185 of 2020 lodged on 14.09.2020, for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution, FIR has been lodged against 16 named accused persons including the present petitioner against whom there is allegation that they have fired upon the informant's son who subsequently, died.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Counsel submits that petitioner was only the member of mob and there is no specific against the present petitioner which is apparent from

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that the present case is of the year 2020 and petitioner has moved for anticipatory bail in 2021 which was rejected by the Sessions Court and thereafter, about a gap of four years, petitioner has moved before this Hon'ble Court for anticipatory bail.

6. In the present facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Divyansh/- U T
