In the present writ petition, the petitioners are claiming that their honorarium for the work done by them in the District Legal Services Authority be paid, which has not been paid to them and for that they have filed a representation (Annexure - 11 series) making prayer for payment of the same. Let the representation jointly filed by the petitioners be considered by the Chairman of the District Legal Services Authority and take a decision in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
However, it is made clear that this Court is not formed/expressed any opinion on the merit of the case. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
