It is submitted that the petitioner's sole grievance is that his application for renewal of PDS Shop bearing Licence No. 17/1996 has remained pending which was made in the year 2014 despite there is a direction vide Annexure-6 by the District Magistrate, Madhepura to the Licensing Officer for taking a decision in accordance with law.

Accordingly, this application is being disposed of, without going into the merits of the case, with a direction to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6615 of 2015 dt.25-10-2016 respondent no. 3, i.e., the Sub-divisional Officer, Madhepura to take a final decision in the matter in accordance with law considering the letter issued by the District Magistrate as contained in Annexure-6 within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, if the same is not already done.
