The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 295A/341/333/427 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.
During cultural programme on the occasion of Durga Puja two groups of people scuffled and committed assault against each other. The petitioner was identified among the assailant.
