1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) To issue an appropriate order/orders. direction/ directions including a writ in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding upon the respondent too, including the name of the petitioner in the electoral roll/voter list for the Parliamentary Constituency Area, Maharajganj as well as Legislative Area, Baniyapur, both in the District of Saran.

(ii) To direct the respondent to include the name of the petitioner in the Electoral Roll/Voter List which

Patna High Court CWJC No.6818 of 2024(2) dt.16-05-2024 2/2 has been knowingly an deliberately left out by the Booth Level Officer (B.L.O. in short) who happens to be elder brother-in-law of the Mukhiya of concerned Panchayat."

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Booth Level Officer (B.L.O.), Sardarganj, Masrak, Saran at Chapra for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
