The petitioner is in custody in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 03 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 03.01.2019.

Referring to the prosecution case, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused in this case in alleged theft of motorcycle but nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27718 of 2019(2) dt.26-04-2019 2/2 let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 03 of 2019.
