JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-10-2017 In the present writ application, the petitioner has sought for quashing of the selection/appointment of the private Respondent No.14 vide Memo No.03 dated 16.12.2006, by which Respondent No.14 has been selected as Panchayat Teacher in Gram Panchayat Raj Sirsawan, Anchal Daraunda,

Patna High Court CWJC No.17759 of 2008(4) dt.06-10-2017 2/2 District Siwan on the basis of forged and fabricated Teacher's training certificate.

The petitioner is directed to file an appropriate application for redressal of her grievance before the District Appellate Authority, Siwan within a period of thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
