The present application has been filed for modification application of order dated 06.12.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.47389 of 2022 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by six weeks from today in connection with Vaishali Complaint Case No.3279 of 2019, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate - 1st Class VII, Vaishali at Hajipur, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31922 of 2023(2) dt.17-05-2023 2/2 Fund, Bihar.

The order dated 06.12.2022 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
