In view of the averments made in paragraph 11 of the counter affidavit filed by the respondent in C.W.J.C. No. 19305 of 2014 in similarly circumstance case, the instant writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent to take appropriate decision on the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate order preferably within four months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
