JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-02-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. i. For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to issue appointment letter in favour of this petitioner on the post of Anganbari Sevika in village Digghi, Ward No.-13 under Karharia Panchayat against the vacant seat to confirm due to resignation of one Manju Devi.

ii. For issuance of further writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding

Patna High Court CWJC No.7590 of 2022(2) dt.13-02-2024 2/2 and directing the respondents to take action against the erring persons who involved in irregularities in selection process as resolved in the General Meeting result of that petitioner was not named in selection process.

iii. For holding and declaration that petitioner deserves to get appointment later on the post of Anganbari Sevika against the vacant seat came from resignation of one Manju Devi."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
