JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-01-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in Kanti P.S. Case No. 618 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016-18. On the disclosure made by co-accused Surendra Sah from whose possession 1893.60 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered, name of this petitioner has been dragged in this case. It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner and has got no concern with the seized liquor. Co-accused Surendra Sah has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 13.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 69338 of 2019. Petitioner is in custody since 25.03.2021. Investigation is complete.

Case No. 618 of 2019.
