The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the concerned respondent for payment of his outstanding dues. According to him, the petitioner did some building construction work for the Department way back in the year 2017-18 and 2018-19. However, payment has not been released despite completion of all the formalities.

Patna High Court CWJC No.7700 of 2022(3) dt.02-08-2022 2/2 We, thus, propose that the matter may be looked into by the Principal Secretary, Building Construction Department, Government of Bihar, Patna. If necessary, he shall be at liberty to summon the District Mining Officer, Vaishali, Hajipur also for resolving the matter. This proposal is acceptable to both the parties.

Thus, in case, the petitioner files a fresh representation before the Principal Secretary, Building Construction Department, Government of Bihar, Patna within 15 days from today, he shall look into it forthwith and take a decision by way of a speaking order not later than six weeks from the date of receipt of the representation. If any amount is found due, the same shall be released to the petitioner forthwith.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
