JUSTICE HARISH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 13-12-2022 Heard Mr. Milind Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Mira Singh, learned counsel for the respondent Zila Parishad, Motihari, East Champaran. The present writ application has been filed seeking a direction upon the respondent Zila Parishad, Motihari, East Champaran to ensure payment of all the retiral/outstanding dues along with salary for 11 days and benefit of financial progression granted under the ACP scheme.

A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent Zila Parishad, Motihari, East Champaran, and it is

Patna High Court CWJC No.11961 of 2021 dt.13-12-2022 2/2 submitted that all the substantive admissible retiral/outstanding dues of the petitioner have stood paid.

Earlier, twice time was granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner to file rejoinder to the counter affidavit, however, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly informed this court that he has already informed his client but no instruction has come as yet. Considering the averments made in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no.3, the present writ application stands disposed of.

It is needless to say that if the petitioner has still any grievance, he may move before the appropriate authority and if any representation would be filed, the same would be considered and disposed of expeditiously.
