====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-07-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.T. Case No. 37 of 2025 arising out of Samastipur Muffasil P. S. Case No. 200/2022 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 326, 307, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have shot on the left chest of informant. Doctor has found grievous injury.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28846 of 2025(2) dt.11-07-2025 2/2 case. Petitioner is in custody since 15.04.2024. Charge-sheet has already been submitted.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Samastipur in connection with Mufassil P. S. Case No. 200 of 2022.
