JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-05-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner, after having appreciated that the impugned order dated 27.11.2008, passed by the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Fulparas, is appealable under the provisions of the Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009 (for short 'the Act'), he seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal against the said order.
This writ application is disposed of as having been withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal
Patna High Court CWJC No.9343 of 2019(3) dt.10-05-2019 2/2 against the impugned order.
It is indicated that if any question of limitation arises before the appellate court under the Act, the appellate court will keep in mind that the petitioner was advised to file a writ application before this Court, whereupon this case came to be filed.
