Writ petition has been filed for directing the District Magistrate, Kaimur to conduct inquiry of Gair Majarua Aam land which has been transferred in the name of Respondent Nos. 5 , 6 and 7 without any documents and evidence situated in Chandni Chauk Mohania road, P . S.- Mohania , DistrictKaimur (Bhabhua) situated at Mauza vide annexure-1 of the petition .

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to file a representation before the District Magistrate, Kaimur (respondent No. 2) along with all the relevant documents in support of the claim, within a period of six weeks from today.

In the event, such representation is filed by the petitioner, respondent No. 2 shall examine the claim of the petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within a further period of three months. 5 . The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation and direction .
