The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bettiah City P.S. Case No. 157 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366A, 354, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners, who are of clean antecedent, are innocent and have not committed any office. In fact, the victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has stated that she went to her grandmother's house on her own will after she was severely beaten by her father and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25341 of 2019(2) dt.19-04-2019 2/2 these petitioners have not kidnapped her. She has also stated that the case filed by her father against the petitioners is totally false and fabricated. Hence, the petitioners may be granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioners in the event of their surrender within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Bettiah in connection with Bettiah City P.S. Case No. 157 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
