The writ application is now disposed off with a direction upon the Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna that since an order of punishment has come to visit the petitioner and certain liability with regard to the accounting for loss of rice etc. is concerned, all that now be done and a final decision be communicated to the petitioner, so that the left over issues with regard to post-retiral dues can be settled without any further delay.

Let such a decision be taken and finality reached within a period of four months from the date of communication /

Patna High Court CWJC No.19533 of 2014 (3) dt.23-05-2017 2/2 production of a copy of this order before the said Director. The details of payments already made have been indicated in the counter affidavit. The direction is issued to the left over issues alone.
