In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 218 of 2017 registered for offences under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation while the Informant was moving in Mirganj Chowk after watching his land, the petitioner and one Ranjit Lal Das surrounded him and asked him to put his L.T.I. on a blank stamp paper, when he refused, an allegation has been made of causing Kulhari blow on his head. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has also lodged a criminal case against him looking to

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that other co-accused person, namely, Ranjit Lal Das has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 13.12.2017 in Cr. Misc. No. 59401 of 2017, let the petitioner, namely, Buchan Lal Das @ Lalit Lal Das, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 218 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
