The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 26539 (C) of 2014 in which cognizance has been taken under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the fact that the case arises out of complaint and basically the dispute is of civil nature, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner named above is directed to be

No.12025 of 2016 (2) dt.17-03-2016 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Suchitra Singh, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in Complaint Case No. 26539 (C) of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
