Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 198 of 2017 for the offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 120(B), 504, 153(A) and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioners submits that in a case where large number of persons have been made accused for causing communal tension. Learned counsel further submits that similarly circumstanced other co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 61138 of 2017 vide order dated 16.1.2018 and the case of the petitioner is similar to that of the case and as such the petitioners deserve anticipatory bail.

No.14519 of 2018(2) dt.06-04-2018 2/2 Considering the fact that similarly circumstances other co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal, in connection with Arwal P.S.
