JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-10-2020 Heard Mr. Ramesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Atul Chandra, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State through video conferencing.

Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 379 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code 1860. The allegation as per the First Information Report is that while the informant had parked the truck near road side, two miscreants riding on a Motorcycle came near the truck and one of the miscreants assaulted the informant, snatched Rs.10,000/- and one Oppo Mobile phone from him and fled away.

After some arguments when the Court is not inclined

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23973 of 2020(3) dt.21-10-2020 2/2 to grant regular bail to the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after three months from today.

Permissions is granted.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
