2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. By order dated 30.10.2023, this matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre to resolve the dispute between the parties.

4. The learned Mediator vide its report dated 14.12.2023 has, inter alia, reported that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties as per the terms and conditions as

5. As the dispute has already been resolved between the parties, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 37 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) anand/- U T
