JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 22-01-2021 Perused the supplementary affidavit placed on the record. It appears that inadvertently father's name of petitioner no. 1 has been mentioned in the main title page of the petition as "Vijay Prasad Kushwaha @ Vijay Prasad". In fact, in the additional title page which was filed with the petition the correct name has been provided as "Mukti Sharma" but it appears that it was an inadvertent mistake. An affidavit has been sworn in this regard by the registered clerk of Mr. Brij Kishor Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Let the father's name of petitioner no. 1 be correctly read as "Mukti Sharma".

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in fact a mistake was committed by the Clerk because there are two accused of similar first name. This petitioner no. 1 is accused no. 3 mentioned in the F.I.R. as Raja Babu Sharma son of Mukti Sharma.

Let it be read accordingly.
