====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 22-06-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504, 506 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. The present bail application has been filed in terms of the liberty granted to the petitioners by order dated 10.03.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 59565 of 2021 to renew their prayer for bail after framing of charge.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the charges against the petitioners have been framed on 20.04.2022 as would be evident from Annexure-4 to the bail application. Since the charges against the petitioners have been framed, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released

No.28442 of 2022(2) dt.22-06-2022 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 100 of 2021, subject to the condition that if the learned court below comes to a conclusion that the petitioner after his release is trying to delay the trial in any manner then in that event the learned court below shall forthwith cancel the bail bond of the petitioner by recording reasons.
