2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Singhaul (Singhoul) P.S. Case No. 178 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 111 of the BNS and under Sections 25(1-A), 25(1-AA), 25(1-B), 26(1), 26(2) and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have been found running an Arms factory.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 2.9.2025.

5. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has been implicated in this case.

6. Learned APP for the State has opposed the application of the petitioner.

7. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
