2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"(I) This Hon'ble High Court may be graciously be pleased to set aside the impugned order dated 24th July 2015 as contained Annexure - 4 passed by Sri K.P. Ramaiah, the Member Administrative, the Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna in BLT Case No. 649 of 2014, whereby the order as contained Annexure passed by the learned Circle Officer is restored.

3. It has been informed by Mr. Jitendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner that the parties have settled the matter and as such, the writ petition has become infructuous and prayer is for withdrawal of the petition.
