====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 22-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna.

Petitioner seeks revision of his pension and payment of arrears thereto w.e.f. 01.04.2017 in the light of letter no. 755 dated 20.10.2017 issued by the Government of Bihar. Petitioner submits that his pension ought to have been Rs. 25250/- w.e.f. 01.04.2017, it has also been fixed by the office of the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna and sent to the Treasury Officer, Muzaffarpur but he is receiving lesser amount of Rs.

Considering the nature of claim made by the petitioner, let the petitioner file a detailed representation before the respondent no. 5, the Treasury Officer, Muzaffarpur which will be disposed of within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation. Any amount due to the petitioner along with admissible interest would be paid within two months thereafter. If certain amounts are inadmissible, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner by a speaking order sent through registered post.

Writ application is disposed of accordingly.
