Mr. Chakraborty while espousing the cause of the petitioner(s) for arrears of salary for the period 17.01.2004 to 25.09.2007 fairly admits that the claim herein would be governed by a judgment and order of this Court passed in L.P.A. No. 681 of 2015 (State of Bihar & Ors. versus Raghunath Prasad Singh & Ors.) on 27.06.2018 whereby the appeal of the State against an order of the learned Single Judge granting 50% of back wages was allowed and the writ petition seeking such claim was dismissed. In view of the fair stand taken by Mr. Chakraborty, the writ petitions are disposed of in terms of the order passed by the Division Bench in L.P.A. No. 681 of 2015 (State of Bihar & Ors. versus Raghunath Prasad Singh & Ors.).
