JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 07-12-2022 The instant writ petition has been filed claiming due arrears at the rate of Rs.10,000/- per month from 24.04.2012 to July, 2013, and at the rate of Rs.20,000/- per month from August, 2013, till date. The petitioners claim to have discharged the duties at 'Mahila Help Line' satisfactorily under an N.G.O., namely Gramin Vikas Sansadhan.

The specific stand of the State in the counter affidavit paragraph 18 is also that the petitioners were working under an N.G.O.. Copy of the counter affidavit was served on the learned counsel for the petitioners on 05.12.2017, there is no dispute or denial to these averments by way of any rejoinder.

No case is made out for exercise of writ jurisdiction and for issuing any order against the State authorities. Writ petition is dismissed.
