Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 598 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

As per the F.I.R., the petitioner was apprehended by police and on search, one country made pistol and one live cartridge of 0.303 bore were recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 27.09.2022 and the petitioner is quite innocent and he has not committed any offence. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer

Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.
