The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for promotion of this petitioner from the post of Assistant Accountant to the post of Head Assistant-cum-Accountant, which is the next promotional post of the petitioner."
