JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-02-2016 Heard Sri Suryadeo Yadav, learned counsel, who was assisted by Sri Satyendra Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ramesh Chandra, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The petitioner, apprehending his arrest in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case no.268/2015 registered for the offence under Sections 323, 341, 379, 384, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. Sri Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner, by way of referring to averments made in the F.I.R. submits that the allegation of Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code has been made only to make serious allegation. He further submits that in view of nature of accusation, Section 384 of the Indian Penal Code is not applicable and other offences are bailable and, as such, the

I have perused the F.I.R. From perusal of the F.I.R. the Court is satisfied that there is no material to show that the petitioner is entitled to get anticipatory bail. The petition stands dismissed.
