The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kadirganj P. S. Case No. 03 of 2016 instituted under Sections 379 and 461 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation in brief is that a computer and other items were stolen from the computer room of the school and the FIR was lodged against unknown.
It is submitted that except the disclosure of the names of the petitioners by one apprehended co-accused Baiju Kumar, there is no material against them and nothing has been recovered from their possession and both these petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

No.49168 of 2016 (3) dt.23-02-2017 2/2 Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, namely, Binay Prasad and Anil Kumar, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Hare Ram, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Masaurhi, Patna in connection with - Kadirganj P.S.Case No. 03 of 2016; subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
