Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 216 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 406, 494, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that he is ready to purchase 10 dhur of land in the village of the complainant.

The learned counsel for the Opposite Party No. 2 has no objection to this.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37517 of 2021(4) dt.25-03-2022 2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/ (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Complaint Case No. 216 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.

Initially the bail bond of the petitioner will be accepted provisionally by the Court below for a period of four weeks and after four weeks when the sale deed in favour of the complainant is produced by the petitioners in the Court below then the bail granted to the petitioners shall be confirmed, failure of the petitioners to present the sale deed the provisional bail granted to the petitioners shall be cancelled and they will be taken into custody with the aforesaid observation and directions, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
