2. The petitioner claiming to be a Neyojit Teacher and posted at Upgraded Middle School, Nibi Khurd, has filed this writ petition for payment of admissible salary.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent-State by referring to the Bihar Panchayat Elementary Teachers (Appointment and Service Conditions) Rules, 2012 submits that

Patna High Court CWJC No.7569 of 2025(2) dt.09-05-2025 2/2 under Rule 16 of the aforesaid Rules, 2012, the petitioner has an alternative remedy to file an appeal before the District Appellate Authority.

Since, the petitioner has a statutory alternative remedy, this writ petition is hereby disposed off with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned District Appellate Authority under the Bihar Panchayat Elementary Teachers (Appointment and Service Conditions) Rules, 2012.
