Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the petition.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Narayanpur P.S. Case No. 32 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307 and Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not the assailant of the injured and it is Rakesh Ranjan Singh who fired on the injured.

Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VI, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Narayanpur P.S. Case No. 32 of 2023. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
