This is an application for bail in connection with Mirganj P. S. Case no. 71 of 2016 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Gopalganj, for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioners is that they along with other accused persons came on motorcycles at the petrol pump of the informant and snatched the bag containing money from the nozzle-man on the point of pistol and fled away. Considering the allegations levelled against petitioners, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. The application is, accordingly, rejected.
