JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-04-2023 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 31.03.2023, passed by the Circle Officer, Patna Sadar in Encroachment Case No.43 of 2021-22, by filing appropriate appeal under Section 11 of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment
Patna High Court CWJC No.6111 of 2023(2) dt.25-04-2023 2/2 Act, 1956. Liberty so sought is granted.
It is needless to state that in case appropriate appeal is filed, within a period of four weeks from today, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner, till the disposal of the appeal by the appellate-authority.
The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
