The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 02 of 2022 (POCSO Case No. 34 of 2022) for the offences under Sections 376, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/6 of the POCSO Act.

The victim girl in her F.I.R has alleged rape against the petitioner herein, a fact corroborated in her statement under Section 164 of the POCSO Act and further the police has also submitted charge sheet amongst other the petitioner herein under the POCSO Act.
