The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 47(a) of the Excise Act.
From the hotel of the petitioner 31 bottles of wine were recovered.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that maliciously the petitioner has been roped in the present case though the petitioner is accused in three other cases at the behest of the informant.
Considering the nature of accusation, it is a case for
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8846 of 2016 (2) dt.25-02-2016 2/2 consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Excise Case No. 10 of 2013 pending in the court of learned ACJM, Dalsinghsarai, Samastipur. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
