The petitioner apprehends arrest in G.R.P. (Danapur) P.S. Case No. 81 of 2017, G.R. Case No. 619 of 2017, instituted for the offence under Sections 420,414,34 of the IPC. It is alleged in the written report that when the informant stepped down from Jansadharan Express at Danapur Railway Station, an unknown person met the informant and took him near over bridge and introduced him with co-accused Anil Paswan and by cheating the informant they took away the belongings of the informant along with cash amount Rs. 5,000/-. Thereafter, the informant got information that the accused persons have also cheated other persons. It is further alleged that in course of search by the aforesaid persons co-accused Anil Paswan was identified and caught by them. He has

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is no recovery from possession of this petitioner. He was not apprehended on the spot. His name has been disclosed by the coaccused who was apprehended on the spot. In such circumstances, prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with G.R.P.(Danapur) P.S. Case No. 81 of 2017, G.R. Case No.

619 of 2017, to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Railway, Patna, subject to condition as laid down u/S 438 (2) of the Cr. P.C.
