2. The petitioners are named in the F.I.R. and apprehending their arrest in connection with Jale P.S. Case No. 219 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 190(2), 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109(1), 352 and 351(2) of the BNS.

3. The allegation against petitioners is to assault informant and other person along with other family members causing head and other bodily injuries, where occurrence alleged to be arises out of previous enmities, where injuries were alleged to made with an intention to cause death.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that all petitioner are ladies of clean antecedent and they implicated being family members. While concluding arguments, it is submitted petitioner no. 1 to 3 found involved in two more cases, where they are on bail and petitioner no. 4 is a lady of clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer of bail.

6. In view of aforesaid factual submission and by taking note of fact as all four petitioners are ladies and implicated being family members, accordingly all above-named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks, are directed to be released on bail, furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-I, Darbhanga/concerned Court, where the case is pending in connection with Jale P.S. Case No. 219 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C/Section 482(2) of BNSS.
