A truck loaded with beef was apprehended being occupied by Sarfuddin Khan, Azmulla Khan and Gulam Khan. On interrogation, they disclosed that the aforesaid beef belongs to Madari Kuraishi, Saddam Kuraisi (petitioner) and Pappu Kuraishi. In the aforesaid background the instant case has been registered for offence punishable under Sections 295A, 429, 290, 188, 153A of the IPC, Section 4 of Bihar Prevention and Improvement of Animals Act 1995 and Section 11(1) (L) Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act.

Considering the nature of the allegation, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from date of production/receipt of this order, petitioner, Saddam Kuraisi @
