Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 594 of 2017 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Referring to the First Information Report he submits that against this petitioner there is only allegation that she is order giver. There is no allegation of giving assault, causing injury to the informant sides.

No.14594 of 2018(2) dt.06-04-2018 2/2 has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 594 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
