BAJANTHRI) 14-05-2025 In the instant writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- "(i) To issue a Writ in nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to restore the GST registration being no.10AAXCS3662CIZE with immediate effect.

(ii) To any other relief or reliefs to which the petitioner is entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

2. In support of the aforementioned writ petition, petitioner has submitted representation on 19.12.2024

Patna High Court CWJC No.7450 of 2025(2) dt.14-05-2025 2/2 followed by last representation/request on 20.03.2025. There is inaction on the part of the official respondents in either accepting or rejecting the petitioner's grievance insofar as restoration of registration. In this regard, if petitioner is due of any amount to the respondent department in that regard necessary demand shall be made to the petitioner in detail. If such demand is put forth to the petitioner, the petitioner shall pay the same without prejudice to his right to challenge the same thereafter the concerned authority is hereby directed to restore the registration with necessary conditions.

3. With the above observation the present writ petition stands disposed of.

4. The concerned authority is hereby directed to decide the grievance of the petitioner within a reasonable period of time of one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
