JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 08-05-2015 Having regard to the very limited issues now left that the opposite parties are required to pass an order on the show cause reply of the petitioner and that there is petty dispute between them as with regard to receipt of the show cause reply allegedly filed by the petitioner on 24.02.2015, this Court would not find the present case to be fit case for initiating a proceeding of contempt inasmuch as the opposite parties have made their endeavour to comply the direction given by this court in connected writ application.

In that view of the matter, this Court would direct the learned counsel for the Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board, Patna to

Patna High Court MJC No.286 of 2014 (3) dt.08-05-2015 2/2 now place the show cause reply of the petitioner which is being handed over to him in the Court room for taking appropriate decision, as directed by this Court in the connected writ application.

With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
