That this application has been filed for issuance of appropriate writ or writs, direction or directions, order or orders commanding the respondents to comply the order dated 24.03.2014 passed by the State Information Commission in case No. 86774/12-13 by
Patna High Court CWJC No.19514 of 2014(2) dt.15-05-2024 2/2 which direction has been given to the District Magistrate, Madhubani for taking action according to law and informing the petitioner within 4 weeks."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that probably, with the efflux of time, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous, however, the petitioner be granted liberty to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law, in case of any subsisting grievance. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
