Patna High Court MJC No.166 of 2016 (2) dt.29-07-2016 2/2 application and having heard the learned counsel for the parties, we are satisfied that the absence of the applicant and/or his counsel from the Court, on 15.12.2015, was for reasons beyond their control.
In view of the above and in the interest of justice, the order, dated 15.12.2015 aforementioned, is hereby set aside and C.W.J.C. No. 18708 of 2015 aforementioned is hereby restored to its original file.
This M.J.C. application shall accordingly stands disposed of.
