Patna High Court CWJC No.8373 of 2025 dt.25-07-2025 2/2 Application has been disposed of in terms of the order dated 21.02.2024 passed in O.A. No. 214/2022 along with other connected 49 Oas. Whereby those original applications have been dismissed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Patna Bench, Patna as being devoid of merit.

b) For any other relief/reliefs which the Petitioner is entitled to."

2. Learned counsels for the respective parties fairly submitted that the present matter is covered by co-ordinate Bench decision passed in C.W.J.C. No. 7341 of 2024 decided on 06.02.2025.

3. In the light of these facts and circumstances, the petitioner has made out a case so as to interfere with the C.A.T. order dated 29.01.2025 passed in O.A. No. 050/00672/2019 Accordingly, it is set aside. The present Writ petition is allowed in terms of the order dated 06.02.2025 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 7341 of 2024 and connected matters.
